Finally - we've gathered all the curated items (cheese, cured meat and accoutrements!) that we are known for...and packed them for 2 day shipping!  Box includes three cheese varatites: Manchego ( a sheep's milk Spanish cheese), Prairie Breeze (a cow's milk cheddar from Iowa) and Beemster Gouda (a signature cow's milk from Holland) plus a local hard salami (Il Porchellino from Colorado), cornichons, castelvetrano olives, dried fruit and a jar of our home made fig and red-wine reduction jam.  We'll also add some crackers, valencia almonds and  a mini serving spoon.  We'll also include a quick guide on how to slice your cheese for a beautiful presentation and a roadmap of putting together a cheese board.  Packed with an ice pack and thermal cooler.  Ships 2 day priority, flat rate shipping via US Postal Service to the lower 48 states only.
